Warranty Policies

EFFECT PEDALS, GUITAR PARTS & UPGRADES AND AMPLIFIERS

1. 14-Day Exchange Guarantee
   Echoinox offers a one-to-one exchange for any item that malfunctions within 14 days of receipt (based on tracking), subject to product availability.
2. 30-Day Warranty Support
   If a product malfunctions within 30 days of purchase and needs to be returned to the manufacturer for repair, Echoinox will reimburse up to USD $20 for shipping. Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping if the manufacturer does not cover the return. A receipt with tracking number is required for reimbursement.
3. After 30 Days: Brand Warranty Only
   Beyond 30 days from the date of purchase, all warranty coverage is handled exclusively by the respective brands. Echoinox will assist in the warranty claim process but will not cover any related costs.
4. Non-Transferable Warranty
   Warranty coverage is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
5. Warranty Void Conditions
   Any modifications or tampering will void the warranty.
6. Policy Updates
   Echoinox reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on this website.

BRAND WARRANTY INFORMATION – EFFECT PEDALS, PICKUPS & AMPLIFIERS

Note: All warranties are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Warranty terms are subject to change by the respective brands without prior notice. For the latest information, please refer to the brands’ official websites.

ACCESSORIES

1. No Warranty on Consumables
   The following items are not covered under warranty:

• Boveda Dehumidification Packs
• Ernie Ball Strings
• Elixir Strings
• Gruv Gear Fretwraps

2. 24-Hour Inspection Window
   All accessories, including the above, are eligible for a 24-hour grace period from the date of purchase for customers to report any discrepancies or defects.
3. Policy Updates
   Echoinox reserves the right to amend these policies at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be reflected on our website.

SOLACE CABLES

1. Limited Lifetime Repair Policy
   Solace Cables are built to last. As long as Solace Cables remain in operation, they offer free repairs for any product that malfunctions due to normal use. If new parts are needed to replace worn out parts, the cost will be billed to the customer.
2. Non-Transferable Warranty
   This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
3. How to Request Service
   To request a repair:

• Email us with your proof of purchase (e.g., invoice) and a brief description of the issue.
• Send the item to us or drop off at our showroom/workshop at Woodlands 737854 #06-16, Singapore. Please make an appointment before dropping by.

4. Shipping Responsibility
   Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (both directions). We recommend visiting the workshop in person if possible.
5. Warranty Void Conditions
   Cables suspected of tampering or damage due to negligence (e.g., exposure to fire) will not be eligible for repair or warranty support.
6. Policy Updates
   Echoinox and Solace Cables reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

REFUND POLICY

We respect our customers’ decisions. If you wish to return a product or request a refund, please review the following:

1. Paynow Refunds
   Refunds for paynow or bank transfer payments will be processed up to the full amount quoted, with no deduction (subject to the conditions in (4)).
2. PayPal Refunds
   Refunds for PayPal payments will be reduced by 5% of the original transaction total due to non-refundable PayPal fees.
3. Credit/Debit Card Refunds
   Refunds for card payments will be processed up to the full amount quoted, with no deduction (subject to the conditions in (4)).
4. Returns Within 14 Days
   Returns are unconditionally accepted for purchases made within 14 days. Please contact us for a return quote. Refunds are generally up to 100% of the original sale price, depending on:
• Product condition and functionality
• Original packaging and included accessories
• Duration of ownership
• Market demand for the item
5. Policy Updates
   Echoinox reserves the right to modify refund policies at any time. All updates will be published on our website.
