LOCAL SHIPPING (SINGAPORE)

1. Free Shipping for Orders Over $100
   All local orders above SGD $100 are eligible for free shipping with tracking provided.
2. Shipping Fees for Orders Under $100
   Orders below SGD $100 incur a $5 shipping fee. If the order consists only of Small Items, shipping is reduced to $1 via standard mail.
3. Dispatch Timing
   If all items are in stock, we aim to ship your order within 1 business day.
   Delivery typically occurs 1 day after dispatch, meaning you’ll usually receive your package 2 days after placing the order.
4. Mixed Orders (In-Stock & Preorder Items)
   If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, we will ship everything together once all items are available. If you'd prefer to receive the in-stock items first, an additional $5 shipping fee will apply.

   Echoinox reserves the right to update these shipping terms at any time without prior notice. Revised terms will be posted on this website.

CROSS-BORDER SHIPPING (MALAYSIA)

1. Free Regular Shipping Over $100
   Orders over SGD $100 qualify for free shipping via SingPost.
   Tracking is included, and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
2. DHL Express Upgrade Option
   You may upgrade to DHL Express (1-day delivery) at checkout. The cost is based on the total weight of your order and will be shown during checkout.
3. Orders Under $100
   Orders below SGD $100 can only be shipped via DHL Express. Regular SingPost is not available for these orders.
4. Dispatch Timing
   If all items are in stock, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 business day.
5. Mixed Orders (In-Stock & Preorder Items)
   We will ship your order only when all items are available. If you prefer to receive the in-stock items first, additional shipping charges will apply. A quote will be provided via email.
6. Import Duties & Taxes
   Echoinox is not responsible for any import duties or taxes.
   Buyers are responsible for settling any fees imposed by customs in Malaysia.
7. Policy Updates
   Echoinox reserves the right to amend these terms without notice. Updated terms will be reflected on this website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (REST OF THE WORLD)

1. DHL Express Shipping Only
   All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.
   Tracking is provided, and delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
2. Dispatch Timing
   Orders containing only in-stock items will be dispatched within 1 business day.
3. Mixed Orders (In-Stock & Preorder Items)
   Orders with both in-stock and preorder items will be shipped once all items are available. If you prefer partial shipment, additional shipping fees will apply and a quote will be provided via email.
4. Import Duties & Taxes
   Echoinox is not liable for any import taxes or duties incurred.
   Customers are responsible for covering any such costs upon delivery.
5. Policy Updates
   Echoinox reserves the right to revise these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be published on this website.
