LOCAL SHIPPING (SINGAPORE)

1. Local shipping is FREE for orders over $100. Tracking number is provided.

2. Orders below $100 will incur an additional $5 shipping fee, unless it is a Small Item which will only cost an additional $1 to ship via mail.

3. If all items in the order are in-stock, we will strive to ship out within 1 day from the date of order. You will typically receive your order 1 day after the order has been shipped out (essentially 2nd day from when you place your order).

4. If your order consists of a mix of in-stock and preorder items, we will only ship your order out when every item in the order is available to ship together. If you'd like to receive part of the order first, a $5 shipping fee will be incurred.

5. Echoinox reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.

CROSS BORDER SHIPPING (MALAYSIA)

1. Regular shipping via Singpost is FREE for orders over $100. Tracking number is provided and it will typically take 3-5 days to arrive at your address.

2. An option to upgrade to 1-day DHL Express shipping is available at the checkout page. The quote for DHL shipping varies according to the total weight of the order and is displayed at the checkout page.

3. Orders below $100 can only be shipped via 1-day DHL Express shipping.

4. If all items in the order are in-stock, we will strive to ship out within 1 day from the date of order.

5. If your order consists of a mix of in-stock and preorder items, we will only ship your order out when every item in the order is available to ship together. If you'd like to receive part of the order first, additional shipping fees will be incurred and we will quote you accordingly via email.

6. Echoinox will not be liable for any import tax or duties incurred. Customers are expected to bear the cost of duties themselves

1. We only ship international orders via DHL Express. A tracking number is provided and it will typically take 2-5 days to arrive at your address depending on the destination country.

2. If all items in the order are in-stock, we will strive to ship out within 1 day from the date of order.

3. If your order consists of a mix of in-stock and preorder items, we will only ship your order out when every item in the order is available to ship together. If you'd like to receive part of the order first, additional shipping fees will be incurred and we will quote you accordingly by email.
